Heavy Rain
Heavy Rain is an upcoming game for the Playstation 3, being released later this month. After first being announced in 2006, the viability of the game was widely speculated. Heavy Rain forgoes the traditional play elements of most games, using minimal on screen display and only contextual commands. It will probably be the closest to an interactive cinematic experience on a game console to date. The game also uses CG characters, so uncanny valley issues have also been brought up.
At the end of January they released a new trailer:

It’s not a big deal since this car is so tiny, but this is still such a terrible parking job.
